Error when trying to view/sign CLA via CLAassistant

Describe the bug
The CLA Bot now asks you to sign a CLA, but if you try to click the link, it displays an error:

There is no CLA to sign for geonetwork/core-geonetwork

(could not find linked item for owner geonetwork and repo core-geonetwork)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Elasticsearch: Async handling of indexing/deletion requests #8465 (comment)
2. Click on the link which leads to https://cla-assistant.io/geonetwork/core-geonetwork?pullRequest=8465
3. See error that is also shown in the screenshot

Expected behavior
I can sign or at least read the CLA I need to sign
