New search service : /geonetwork/srv/eng/catalog.search

On going task:

• Settings: to be loaded from DB (and injected in the XSL for fast load) Cf. https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/blob/refactor_search/web-ui/src/main/resources/catalog/js/custom/default/config.js#L14
• Number of hits configuration using the pagination directive (remove https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/blob/refactor_search/web-ui/src/main/resources/catalog/components/search/formfields/partials/hitsperpageCombo.html ?)
