Adding properties and features in admin interface throws database errors

This is very unlikely use case, but should be handled somehow.
For properties:
Exception Type: IntegrityError
Exception Value: null value in column "user_id" violates not-null constraint

For features:
Exception Type: DatabaseError
Exception Value: cannot insert into view "pointfeature"
