Now,
list_driverslists for each format if is is read-only or read-write ("r" vs. "rw"). Add whether appending is supported or not ("r" vs "raw" vs "rw"), like it is the case in fiona.TODO: This info is not yet exposed in GDAL, but will be starting from GDAL 3.12: OSGeo/gdal#12899 (comment)
