Declutter the values.yaml #100
Description
The values.yaml is getting bigger and bigger. That's not good for readability.
We should document in a separate .yaml all the possible options that not all the people will use, like customLiveness probes or extra_volumes or service.annotations. Only the options that are fine to not be included in the values.yaml.
