Provide a clear and concise overview of the new feature requested.
The module gcpy/benchmark/modules/benchmark_funcs.py currently is more than 5000 lines long and is a bit unwieldy to maintain. We propose splitting the functions in benchmark_funcs.py into smaller modules.
