C016 - Login button disabled but not hidden. #784
Description
Usually in map composer, the login button in paneltbar, is disabled and hidden when the user is logged.
Some times it isn't so.
To reproduce the bug, you have to login, reduce the window width size so that tools in paneltbar are stacked in menu and reload the page. Now expand the window to see all tools in paneltbar, login button will be disabled but visible.
