Updating Azure client broken the COG Azure support #313
Description
Trying to configure a GeoTIFF COG on Azure blob with latest GS (2.27-SNAPSHOT) that depends on ImageIO-ext 1.4.13 didn't work.
Reporting No input stream for the provided source
(Testing COG URL: https://cogtestdata.blob.core.windows.net/cogtestdata/land_topo_cog_jpeg_1024.tif)
The very same step worked fine on GS 2.25 that still uses ImageIO-ext 1.4.12
