How to Install with ComfyUI Portable for Windows?

The instructions show pip, but many Comfy users are just using the portable version of Comfy where installation processes are typically just downloading of files to a folder location or using the comfy ui built-in package manager. All of the tools I've picked up so far for Comfy show how to install for the portable version (no pip).

How would this repo be installed in portable Comfy (on Windows)?
