🐞 Bug: Eventlog severity filter does not work

Bug Description

When I try to filter events by severity, the filter does not behave as expected - the first filter selected is applied but adding further filters does not display items.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Goto the events screen.
2. Filter by a non-existing event severity
3. Add an existing event severity
4. No events are shown.

Expected Behavior

Events are filtered correctly.

Actual Behavior

No events are not filtered correctly.

This was a bug across all filters, it should be resolved when #1328 is merged
