True multi-currency

At the moment multi-currency is supported via currency conversion. However, the isn't a facility to load all currency prices for a product in a single call and there's no facility to manually store specific currency prices as it's run off a conversion.

Ideally, the system should support price values in all currencies and return them all when loading a product via the API.
