Default Store Banner Not Reflected on Vendor Store Listing Page

Description of the issue:

When a default store banner is set from Dokan → Settings → Appearance, it does not appear on the vendor store listing page for vendors who have not configured a custom store banner. The issue only occurs with the Dokani theme. Switching to any other theme resolves the problem.

How to Reproduce:

1. Set a default store banner via Dokan → Settings → Appearance.
2. Ensure at least one vendor does not have a custom store banner set.
3. Use the Dokani theme.
4. Navigate to the Vendor Store Listing page.

Expected Behavior:

The default store banner should be displayed for all vendors who have not set a custom banner, regardless of the theme.
