Cloud Backup failed! There was an error while completing your backup.

I get an error message while trying to do a backup to Dropbox. I tried Google Drive and it didn't work either. I updated the Cloud Backup add-on to the latest version 2.1.3 and was able to get a backup of a site. But when I went back to make a new backup of another site, it gave me the same error message.

I submitted a support ticket with Local before updating the add-on and was told to install Rosetta. I couldn't get it to install. I'm running Local on a iMac 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 using Ventura 13.7.4. It's my understanding that I don't need Rosetta 2. But even if I do, it won't let me install it using Terminal. I get a message saying it's not supported.

Any suggestions?
