I think this is broken with PhpStorm 2019.1

I recently updated my PhpStorm IDE to v2019.1.2 and it seems to have broken the Xdebug integration. More info on the build I'm running:

I still see the "Local by Flywheel" config in PhpStorm, but when I click on "Listen for PHP Debug Connections" and reload my Flywheel site, it doesn't seem to be working. Any thoughts?

When I try, it errors out because I have no workspace.xml file in my project root.
Manually adding a blank file doesn't work either.
