Update German localization with missing translations

- Add missing photoOn translation
- Add missing download translation  
- Add missing backgroundImage and heroImage translations
- Add missing sectionMenu, tocShowMore, tocShowLess translations
- Add missing alternativeFeature translation
- Add missing clickToExpand translation
- Add missing contactHeaderTopic, contactBody, contactAction translations

All translations follow German localization best practices.
