Add indication for blind/visually impaired of previous/next page links #1680

Problem or enhancement idea
Currently, when navigating a page on a Hinode backed site, the links to the previous and next page have no context announced with a screen reader. The links are just announced/presented as links, without giving indication of being links to the previous/next page.
Proposed solution
Either:
- Add an aria-label on the link that contains the link text preceded by
next/previous page/volgende/vorige pagina, etc. - Add hidden screen reader text
- Add aria labels to the icons, however for this I think it is problematic that the icons are following the links rather than preceding them.
