k2 and php 8.?

Hi,

I am using k2 with php 8.4 and everything is fine except some problems when a users tries to change his password. But I can do it for him, so it's no big thing ... (In php 7.4 everything is working, even the password thing.)

So I ask myself for which php is k2 recommended? Is it fine with 8.4 or better with 8.2 ... and will it be up to date in future and safe to use with the latest php version?

I would also like to know how k2 deals with the issue that template and software developers no longer program for Joomla 3. Wouldn't k2 then have to run in a current Joomla environment?
