[LOOM] Validation scripts don't work with non-default contacts

Currently, if a domain uses a contact that is not set as the user's default contact, validation scripts may fail to operate correctly.

Other automation features and ICANN-related tools are not affected.

This limitation will be addressed in a future update.

To fix in Loom, first system must map somehow active contacts. Or just to search from the json and by identifier.
