Adjust flexbox on repeat dialog

With the new text and icon changes in #6976, we are getting this issue where it's not filling the width of the dialog and the text is going onto two lines, which makes it harder to read. We want to see if it's possible to adjust the buttons so it fits horizontal in most cases, and only stacks on very narrow devices.
