The pre-built binaries don't work on macOS

Steps to reproduce

1. Download binary from https://github.com/getoslash/chrome-webstore-cli/releases on a macOS machine
2. Run it
3. See this error –

This is blocked on denoland/deno#11154 and denoland/deno#575
