edit: for a less error prone approach just going to temporarily remove previous-package-list-json and add a random package
the backfill finished! https://github.com/getsentry/pypi/actions/runs/16503741268
however we also need to regenerate the index html - currently backfilled packages do not have data-core-metadata attribute
all of that stuff is backfilled in packages.json so just a one time thing to run dumb-pypi with it and reupload
