Revise LICENSE to Functional Source License and MIT terms (#2975)
Updated the license terms from Sentry's copyright to Functional Software's Functional Source License, Version 1.1, and included MIT Future License provisions. As part of an effort to bring more of our end-user related product tools closer to our mainly used FSL license. #skip-changelog
