Description

In #4498 we implemented process and instance isolation. However the same hasn't been implemented in the Cocoa, Java and Native SDKs.

We should disable this feature on mobile platforms (and anywhere where we're running the native SDK).

Given that native is used any time we have AOT compilation, however, perhaps we should just revert this completely 😢
