[SvelteKit] Vite dev server won't start up after updating to v6.0.1

Reproduction Example/SDK Setup

	tracesSampleRate: variables.SENTRY_TRACES_SAMPLE_RATE
});

Steps to Reproduce

Upgrade to Vite > 6.x
Start SvelteKit dev server

Expected Result

There should be no Error on starting the dev server, using vite 6.X.

Actual Result

After upgrading ti vite > 6.x I am getting the follwing error after starting the dev server:

Error: Failed to resolve entry for package "@sentry/sveltekit". The package may have incorrect main/module/exports specified in its package.json: No known conditions for "." specifier in "@sentry/sveltekit" package

After downgrading to vite 5.x again, the Error seems to be gone.

Just a guess but I think this is related to the "node" exports condition (both in Remix and SvelteKit):

}

We probably need to change it to "node": {"require": "./build/cjs/index.server.js"}

Same for lots of libs like bwip-js / @zerodevx/svelte-toast svelte-tel-input

Did fix the server entry but it still crashes with the same error in the browser
