Add consola integration for sentry logging

Sentry now supports Logs!

We should add a that will forward logs from consola to sentry.

This needs to live in @sentry/node

Hello, is there any update on this? I see #16726 was raised and then closed without comment. Is the intention still to support a Consola integration for Sentry Logs?

For context, we are looking at using Sentry in a Nuxt app including using the Sentry Logs beta, and being able to use a first-class integration with Consola would be ideal. Thanks!

@james-braund-cabiri #16726 was purely vibe coded to get an idea of the difficulty of implementation. No current timeline, but we'll start work on this in the next couple of weeks!

Actually I took the initial implementation I had and refined it a bit, opened #17435. Let's try to get this in the next release!
