Add cloudflare support to meta-framework wizards

We have cloudflare support in combination with a variety of frameworks.

Add support to meta-framework wizards to help with the setup of cloudflare. We could also auto-initiate this by passing a --cloudflare flag.

Not sure it's the best place to surface this, but the docs only talk about cloudflare-pages which is now deprecated in favour of workers.

Not sure how it works in different frameworks, but Nitro based frameworks use a different preset for the former pages and workers. So if the Sentry SDK plugin handles it differently, it might not work, otherwise it's just some wording to update.
