Existing fingerprinting rules no longer visible in Project Settings in new UI #104077

Description

@masinette

Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

Steps to Reproduce

Reported by internally by customer (here)[https://sentry.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/168221]

Log in to sentry.io as an org member with access to the affected project.
Navigate to the project:
Projects → <project-name>
Go to:
Project → Settings → Issue Grouping
(URL pattern observed by customer: /settings/<org-slug>/projects/<project-slug>/issue-grouping/)
Look for the Fingerprint Rules section and any existing rules.

Expected Result

Previously set fingerprinting rules appear in the UI

Actual Result

Customer reports that, after the new UI update, existing fingerprinting rules for a specific project are no longer visible in Project Settings. Support has confirmed with the customer that they are looking at the correct project, and the section appears, but previously configured rules are not shown.

This prevents the customer from reviewing or modifying their existing fingerprinting configuration.

Are there any known regressions or feature flags in the new UI that could hide the Fingerprint Rules section or existing rules?
And, are fingerprint rules in any way tied to the lifecycle of the user who created them?
