Steps to Reproduce
I'm looking to modify the warning email we receive when we reach certain thresholds of usage, which i believe should be under settings -> subscription -> Manage Spend Notifications.
When trying to access this page however, I instead get a page not found error
Expected Result
Expected to find a notification management page (https://sentry.io/settings/billing/notifications/projects/notifications/), instead got error
Actual Result
Page not found
