Error while saving project in alert

Environment

self-hosted (https://develop.sentry.dev/self-hosted/)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pre-requisite: create a project with Platform "Kotlin"
2. Create an alert
3. Source: Alert on all issues in selected project: Select the particular kotlin project
4. AlertBuild: Keep standard here
5. If: any (Number of events in an issue is more than 50 a week for example
6. Action: Create an issue in GH
7. Throttling to 30 minutes#
8. Create Alert
9. I get no error just the warning message:

This alert is not connected to a project or monitor and will not trigger.

Expected Result

Alert will be saved with the selected project

Actual Result

The alert will be stored with all selected information except the project

Mind: That it works for other platforms like flutter and react but not kotlin

I can't see any reason how alert creation would be different for different project platforms. So this issue has nothing to do with Kotlin specifically but may related to configuration of this project specifically. My only guess is that issue stream for this project doesn't exist for some reason.

Does GET /organizations/{org}/detectors/?query=type:issue_stream&project={id} return anything?
