minidump_stackwalk: Invert -c and -s flags #942
Description
The minidump_stackwalk example/utility has flags -c/--cfi and -s/--symbolize to make it use CFI and symbolicate stacktraces, respectively. However, both of those behaviors are what you would naturally expect it to do out of the box. Therefore, we should enable both features by default and instead provide flags to disable them.
