Kick off community meetings

We want to start having community meetings to better engage with the community, and have open discussions about e.g. outstanding pull requests, features and issues people may be running into.

To initially kick this off, we need to agree on the day/date, frequency and time (preferably EMEA / ET friendly, given the location of most maintainers).

In addition we should:

• Arrange a Zoom account from the CNCF
• Document the meeting, and have it added to the CNCF calendar
• Promote it
