There is no Folder to upload

Your Git is just a readme and a php file. How shall i upload a folder in plugins when there is no folder? Thanks for your help

Thanks for the issue creation! You're right; that makes no sense.

That is in the docs because this is intended for packaging into a plugin ZIP file that would be in a folder/installed into a folder.

It should work fine if the plugin PHP file is placed directly into the WordPress plugins directory, or within another folder (perhaps named default-to-gd?). Really, though, whichever you prefer.

I haven't done anything with this repo in a while, but definitely open to changing the readme. Do you have a recommended wording?
