TODO and Issues with Archive Playback

• Fix & not being decoded when pulling filenames from the archives
• Set up a pre-flight routine that handles things like checking for cache files, populating them, etc
• Prune empty folders (eg: 'Thursday' - 'Scenic Advisory Show')
