🔧 chore: bump Mantine and type dependencies to latest patch versions

- Update @mantine/core, @mantine/hooks, @mantine/code-highlight, @mantine/dates to 8.3.8
- Update @types/react to 19.2.5
- Update @types/yargs to 17.0.35
- Sync docs package.json with root dependencies for consistency
