Set 'archived' status in Submission Registry automatically

• Assumption: If a PID is available in the Submisison Registry, the research object it refers to is archived (in the respective data center).
• Definition of Done: If a modification of Submission Registry entry includes a PID, automatically set the status to 'archived'.
