Bump node-notifier and tsdx

Removes [node-notifier](https://github.com/mikaelbr/node-notifier). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [tsdx](https://github.com/jaredpalmer/tsdx). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `node-notifier`

Updates `tsdx` from 0.14.1 to 2.0.0
