@solomatov Thank you for the suggestion. I see it requires Azure AD Tenant. Will think about that.

@igardev As far as I know, it doesn't require Azure AD tenant. I think, it's much easier than that: https://code.visualstudio.com/api/working-with-extensions/publishing-extension#verify-a-publisher I.e. it looks like you should just add DNS record, and do something after it.
