SPM Package broken.

Hi @ggerganov; first of all thanks a lot for this awesome contribution with Whisper.cpp!

FYI it looks like the SPM package from the main repo doesn't work anymore since 1.7.0. It causes errors when Added as a package dependency in a Swift Project. I think it's not able to properly find the header files and might be due to the clean up that was done in the Package.swift file a few months ago.

I'm able to add successfully https://github.com/ggerganov/whisper.spm though.

Yes, I know it is broken. We need to do a similar solution as the one that was recently done in llama.cpp: ggml-org/llama.cpp#11996. Basically, remove SPM support and start using XCFramework.

I know you don't make money here @ggerganov but this issue is requiring us to move off this repo and to another solution fyi

I actually added #2873 to follow the same strategy as for Llama.
