XML Files should be loaded with the *.xml command

Currently it's an overhead to type in every XML into the commandline.

It should be possible to enter "*.xml" as a startup argument which reads all the .xml files and validates each against the provided schema.

For the future it should be possible to use *-notation for XSDs and different folders.
