add event for initial load

Since the turnstile can take a while to load, I want to show something so that users knows it's loading. I don't think it's currently feasible because I can't see a way to know when turnstile has loaded.

Alternatively it'd be even better with something like

<Turnstile ... >
    Turnstile is loading, please wait...
</Turnstile>

Hey, do you want to display something before the widget is rendered on the page, or before it's finished doing it's checks?

I was looking for something like this, I would like to enable the buttons of the form once the widget is finished doing its checks, and ready. @ghostdevv

Before it loads, as sometimes it takes many many seconds and it leaves users confused as to why they cannot click login
