macOS: New split created via keyboard does not receive focus (regression of #381)

Issue Description

Regression of #381

When creating a new split via keyboard shortcut (e.g., cmd+d bound to new_split:right), the newly created split does not receive keyboard focus. As a result, cmd+w bound to close_surface closes the entire window instead of just the split.

Clicking the new split with the mouse correctly focuses it, and close_surface then works as expected.

Expected Behavior

New splits created via keyboard should automatically receive keyboard focus, matching the behavior when clicking into a split with the mouse.

Actual Behavior

New splits created via keyboard do not receive focus. The previous split (or window) retains focus, causing close_surface to target the window instead of the new split.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open Ghostty
2. Create a new split with keyboard: cmd+d (bound to new_split:right)
3. Immediately press cmd+w (bound to close_surface)
4. Observe: entire window closes instead of just the new split
5. Repeat steps 1-2, but click the new split with mouse before pressing cmd+w
6. Observe: only the split closes (expected behavior)
