My bad, I forgot a -r flag. Thanks for raising the issue. Try then running: pip install -r venv_requirements.txt

About the lacking version of torch I'm not confident with OSX but try to run the associated install line at PyTorch Website https://pytorch.org/get-started/previous-versions/ which turns out to be pip install torch==1.12.1 torchvision==0.13.1 torchaudio==0.12.1

EDIT: I'm not that experienced with PyTorch on OSX but, as far as I know, CUDA is supported only on NVIDIA graphic cards. You should make sure that CUDA is available on your device.
