Warn if a snapshot is defined with something that is not a literal title #11
Description
It is a common pitfall to try and dynamically generate a snapshot's title. That usually ends up being a problem and could potentially lead to conflicts if two snapshots end up having the same generated title.
It could be useful to have birdie warn you if you're doing this and tell you why it might be bad.
