GTA5 Enchanced Battleeye and SAM!?

Will I get banned, i.e., a Steam ban (profile ban, etc.), if I use SAM in GTA 5 Enhanced because BattleEye is installed there? The question is whether it is safe if I only use SAM for the achievements and BattleEye is not installed for the game?

Battleye only runs when the game runs, the game doesn't actually run in order to use SAM

I keep reading warnings about BattleEye games with SAM. So I'm very unsure whether I'll get a Steam profile ban.
