Install SEO functionality in gigablog

Message from Scott: I see how you can add tags, featured images and text, but how does the SEO work for this? We had the SEO plugin and used to have to fill this in when we posted blogs, so how good is the SEO is this profile?m Do we no longer need to customise each post like this?
