[FEATURE] add support for durable nonce transactions

Summary

allow for creating and sending nonce lifetime transactions

Problem Statement

Currently, createTransaction and sendAndConfirmTransaction only supports blockhash lifetime transactions. When a durable nonce lifetime transaction is passed through the function, it doesn't not work.

Adding true durable nonce support would be great!

Some general thoughts:

• createTransaction should support out of the box (making it easier to create nonce transactions)
• gill's sendAndConfirmTransactionWithSignersFactory should be a common sending function since it is the sendAndConfirmTransaction factory initialized via createSolanaClient
