The @ngx-translate/core package has recently been updated and includes breaking changes.

Would you please consider updating ngx-translate-router to support the latest version of @ngx-translate/core?

@gilsdav could you please review this PR and publish a new version to NPM?

I've tested these changes in my project and everything seems to work as expected in combination with ngx-translate version 17. In order to get this to work I had to publish my own version to NPM which is far from ideal.
