Extra validation in dwarf-validate

Errors that have been seen in the wild, and thus likely to be useful to check:

• DW_AT_abstract_origin points to a DIE with the wrong tag (e.g. DW_TAG_inlined_subroutine should point to DW_TAG_subprogram)
• DW_AT_call_file has invalid file index
