bundle update to update dependancies

We need to type bundle update and build a new sandy-utils package and test it.

A review of the major things I think we only have to worry about one:

• https://rubygems.org/gems/listen v2.8.5 -> 3.1.5 hits the 3.0 API changes.
  • https://github.com/guard/listen/releases?after=v3.0.5
