Automatic tab discard after suspend shows blank page

1. With the option to "Apply Chrome's built-in memory-saving when suspending" enabled, if you switch tabs back and forth, the favicon changes to the extension's icon, and the page itself becomes blank. It comes back to normal only after switching to another tab.

Tested in Ungoogled Chromium v137.0.7151.119.
